An oval-cut turquoise stone with a pronged silver frame anchors the cascade, followed by a round-cut opalescent bead bordered in turquoise beads. Another oval-cut turquoise stone in a studded frame finishes off the design, swaying effortlessly from the ear in a whimsical finish. Earring attaches to a standard fishhook fitting.
