Shipping Policy

Jewelry by Bretta ships within the United States only using USPS.

Standard shipping is $6 per order. Orders of $75 or more receive free shipping. First-time buyers can use code EXTRA at checkout for free shipping on their first order.

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment is completed and verified. Products listed as preorders may require 5–10 business days before shipping.

When your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email containing your USPS tracking number. Track your shipment at https://www.usps.com. If you do not receive tracking information, please contact bretta@jewelrybybretta.com.

If a package is refused, returned because of an incorrect address, or otherwise returned to Jewelry by Bretta, the customer is responsible for the applicable shipping charges.
